The Green and Blue-pointed EBU Congress in autumn 2025 will take place on the beautiful turquoise Turkish coast, close to the old town of Side. Offering pleasant temperatures, Turkey is a perfect winter destination and is open all year round. The Old Town of Side is a must-see if you’re looking for a unique shopping experience. Located in the city's heart, the streets are filled with shops selling handmade crafts and locally made goods. You can find everything from traditional Turkish pottery and textiles to souvenirs and gifts. The Old Town is also great for trying traditional Turkish food and for browsing the various shops offering clothing, jewellery, and other items.
We stay at the 5-star Sense De Luxe Hotel, which occupies a fantastic location on the Turkish coast. Here, you can relax at the hotel’s private beach area with free parasols and sun loungers. There are six bars including a beach bar and pool bar, offering a range of local and international drinks. There are also four restaurants serving a range of Italian and Turkish cuisine. The hotel features indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as a gym, steam room, sauna, Turkish bath, and whirlpool, plus there’s free Wi-Fi throughout!

Join us on a half-day included tour visiting the Central Kulliye Mosque in Manavgat, one of the important religious and cultural structures of the region. One of the notable features of the Central Mosque is that it has a magnificent dome. The beautiful minarets surrounding the dome enhance the majesty of the mosque. The interior is also attractive with its high ceilings, elaborate ornaments and stained-glass windows.
We then continue to the Manavgat River, which originates from the eastern slopes of the Western Taurus Mountains and flows into the Mediterranean and forms the Manavgat Waterfall – and it is truly magnificent!
We end the tour in the Old Town in Side where you’ll have free time to explore. The streets are filled with shops selling handmade crafts and locally made goods. The Old Town is also great for trying traditional Turkish food and for browsing the various shops offering clothing, jewellery, and other items.
We return to the hotel for lunch.
